The consultation fee is £55.00, payable at the time of booking, and includes ear wax removal for one or both ears. If, after examination, no wax is found, we can provide a GP referral letter along with supporting images upon request at no additional cost. The consultation fee is non-refundable, however, appointments can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time.

Please be aware that we are unable to offer ear wax removal treatment for anyone under the age of 19.

We strongly recommend using wax-softening ear drops for 3–5 consecutive days prior to your appointment. This helps ensure that any ear wax is sufficiently softened for safe and comfortable removal, unless you have been advised otherwise by your GP or an ENT consultant.
