Microsuction - Widely regarded as the safest and cleanest method of ear wax removal, as it does not require the use of water.
Irrigation (Syringing) - Irrigation involves gently flushing the ear with lukewarm water to remove wax and is particularly effective when the wax is close to the eardrum.
Manual Extraction - Manual extraction tools may also be used to carefully remove hard, dry wax, typically found near the entrance of the ear canal.
