Service Description
The consultation fee is £55.00, payable at the time of booking, and includes ear wax removal for one or both ears. If, after examination, no wax is found, we can provide a GP referral letter along with images of any abnormalities, which can be emailed to you upon request at no additional cost. Please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable. However, appointments can be rescheduled provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, we take payment in full (£55). This can be transferred to another day if you need to change your appointment date but a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. For short notice bookings or to rearrange your appointment, please contact us on 01452 561043.
